| Additional terms | Affiliate Program Policy This Affiliate Program Policy applies to any person or entity who participates in any En Route Jewelry LLC affiliate, referral, ambassador, creator, or commission program (the “Affiliate Program”). By applying to, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by this Affiliate Program Policy and these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application in our sole discretion. Affiliate links and discount language Affiliate links are used for commission attribution only. An affiliate link does not automatically provide a customer discount. You must not state or imply that customers will receive a discount by clicking your affiliate link unless En Route Jewelry LLC has provided a specific discount code to you in writing. If we provide a discount code to you, you must promote it exactly as provided by En Route Jewelry LLC, including the discount amount, eligible products, exclusions, and dates. You must not create, rename, suggest, or advertise any unofficial codes, discounts, or promotions. Qualified purchases and commissions Commissions are paid only on qualified purchases. A “qualified purchase” is a completed purchase that is validly tracked through your approved affiliate link and that is not excluded under this policy. Commission is calculated on net sales. Net sales means product revenue excluding returns, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, taxes, duties, shipping, discounts, and any non product charges. Orders that are returned, refunded, canceled, or charged back are not eligible for commission. If commission has already been attributed, we reserve the right to reverse it. Affiliate portal reporting is provided for convenience only and may not reflect validated commissions. Final determination, holds, reversals, and payment conditions En Route Jewelry LLC has the final right to determine, in its sole discretion: • whether any order is a qualified purchase • whether any commission is payable • the amount of commission payable • whether commissions will be held for review • whether commissions will be adjusted or reversed • the timing, method, and conditions of payment We may place commissions on hold for compliance review, fraud review, return review, identity verification, payment verification, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. We may require additional information to validate commissions before payment, including screenshots, links, post dates, and traffic sources. Prohibited activities and non qualified purchases Commissions will not be paid for orders that we determine, in our sole discretion, are associated with any of the following: • misleading discount claims or confusing statements about pricing, discounts, or promotions • self referrals (purchases by you, your household, or your employees) • coupon code websites, deal forums, cashback sites, or similar, unless we approve in writing • incentivized traffic, including offering cash, gifts, rebates, giveaways, or benefits for using your link or code, unless we approve in writing • spam, mass unsolicited messages, or any distribution method that violates applicable law or platform rules • fraudulent activity, bot traffic, fake accounts, stolen payment methods, suspicious order patterns, or attempted abuse of tracking attribution • paid search ads or keyword bidding on our brand name or variations, unless we approve in writing • any activity that harms our brand, misleads customers, or violates these Terms and Conditions Disclosures and content standards You are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising laws and platform rules, including required disclosures such as “affiliate link”, “I may earn commission”, or similar. You must not misrepresent your relationship with En Route Jewelry LLC or present yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative. You must not make false claims about our products, including any performance, warranty, or material claims that are not provided by En Route Jewelry LLC. Intellectual property and brand assets Unless otherwise stated, En Route Jewelry LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all brand materials. If we provide you with logos, product images, or other brand assets, you may use them only to promote En Route Jewelry LLC and only while you are in good standing in the Affiliate Program. We reserve the right to require you to remove or modify any use of our brand assets at any time. Suspension, revocation, and termination We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or revoke any affiliate account, link, code, access, or participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or deny unpaid commissions in connection with any suspension, deactivation, revocation, or termination, including where we believe there has been a violation of this policy, misuse, fraud, or any activity that may cause harm to En Route Jewelry LLC. Changes to this Affiliate Program Policy We reserve the right to amend this Affiliate Program Policy at any time. By continuing to participate in the Affiliate Program after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated policy.
